Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client engagements from kickoff through successful delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client requirements. This role requires heavy travel across North America to work directly with clients at their facilities.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for client implementations
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and operations specialists
- Serve as primary client contact throughout project lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Ensure projects meet or exceed quality and performance requirements
- Travel frequently to client sites across North America
- Develop project plans, status reports, and executive communications
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology or consulting
- Proven track record delivering complex client projects
- Strong budget and resource management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial sectors a plus
- Comfortable with 50-75% travel
